All SSFC board and committee meetings operate in accordance with North Carolina Open Meetings law. The board welcomes public attendance at all of its proceedings and arranges for public comment time at each meeting.

Corporate Board and Executive Committee meetings take place at SSFC offices, 7820 North Point Boulevard, Suite 200, Winston-Salem, NC and begin at 12:00 p.m.

Finance Committee meetings take place at the Forsyth County Government Center, 201 North Chestnut Street, Winston-Salem, NC, and begin at 8:30 a.m.
