What will you be doing?

• We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst with strong finance experience to join our team. This role will bridge the gap between finance and business operations, providing actionable insights through data analysis, financial modeling, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and effective way to stakeholders.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Collaborate with finance and business teams to develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets.

• Support strategic decision-making by providing clear, data-driven insights and business cases.

• Conduct variance analysis, financial reporting, and scenario planning.

• Translate business needs into technical requirements and work with IT/data teams on solution design.

• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements across financial operations.

• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.

• Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting systems and sources.

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role.

• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and KPIs.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial reporting software.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
