About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in the construction industry. You’ll play a key role in supporting our crew by preparing job sites, handling materials, and assisting skilled tradespeople.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials to ensure efficient workflow
• Prepare construction sites by removing debris, trash, and hazardous materials
• Support the crew throughout all phases of the build to maintain productivity
• Assist with various trades including plumbing, electrical, roofing, and more
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications

• No formal education required
• Entry-level – no prior construction experience necessary
• Mechanically inclined and eager to learn
• Janitorial or general labor experience is a plus
• Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00/hr.
