CORPORATE TRAINING & WELLNESS COACH POSITION SUMMARY As a part-time Corporate Trainer & Wellness Coach , you will play a crucial role in enhancing the health and wellness of our employees. You will be responsible for providing personalized fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching, helping our employees adopt healthier habits and make positive changes in their lives. You will work directly with employees, tailoring your guidance to their individual needs and fostering a supportive and motivating environment within our workplace. LOCATION Onsite RESPONSIBILITIES Development of Fitness Programs: Begin by assessing employees' fitness levels, health objectives, and any medical considerations to craft individualized fitness plans. Create comprehensive exercise regimens that encompass cardiovascular, strength training, flexibility, and balance exercises. Adapt and modify programs as necessary to accommodate varying fitness levels, ages, and physical conditions. Personalized Training: Conduct one-on-one training sessions with employees, emphasizing proper technique and form to minimize the risk of injuries. Provide continuous motivation, support, and guidance to help employees stay dedicated to their fitness journeys. Monitor progress and adjust workout plans based on results and feedback. Group Fitness Sessions: Lead group exercise classes such as circuit training, yoga, pilates, or boot camps. Develop engaging and dynamic workouts that cater to diverse fitness levels within the group. Foster a sense of camaraderie and teamwork among participants. Nutritional Guidance: Offer fundamental nutritional advice and guidelines to assist employees in achieving their fitness goals. Educate employees on making healthier food choices and creating balanced meal plans. Health Assessments: Conduct fitness assessments and regular check-ins to monitor employees' progress and make necessary adjustments to their routines. Maintain accurate records of employees' fitness levels, goals, and accomplishments. Wellness Workshops: Develop and deliver wellness workshops, seminars, and presentations covering various health-related topics. Collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide a holistic approach to employee well-being. Equipment Management: Ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of fitness equipment and training spaces. Assist in procuring and recommending suitable fitness equipment for the company's fitness facilities. Communication and Reporting: Maintain regular communication with employees to provide updates, feedback, and encouragement. Collaborate with HR and wellness teams to share insights, success stories, and program outcomes. REQUIREMENTS MUST HAVE Certified personal trainer with relevant fitness certifications from accredited organizations. (NASM) Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire employees. Effective communication skills to convey fitness and health information clearly. Experience in developing personalized fitness plans for a diverse range of individuals. Knowledge of safety protocols and injury prevention measures during workouts. Ability to adapt and modify exercises for individuals with physical limitations or health concerns. Proficiency in using fitness tracking software or tools to monitor progress. Strong organizational skills to manage individual and group training schedules.
