Your Role: As a Curbside Order Fulfillment Associate, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive their online orders wrapped in excellent service. Your performance will directly influence customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service to enhance the customer experience at the curbside. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fellow team members, and leadership. Exhibit a courteous demeanor and actively listen to customer inquiries and needs. Quickly address customer concerns and escalate to leadership when necessary. Manage the workflow by receiving orders through the dashboard and fulfilling them efficiently. Select and bag products while adhering to store standards and food safety guidelines. Ensure products are staged correctly and maintain cleanliness in the work area. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is required. 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment is preferred. Prior experience as a cashier is a plus.
