Digital Marketing & Design Coordinator – Oak & Stone Marketing

Primary Role:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Design Coordinator who is equally passionate about marketing strategy and high-quality design. This role involves developing and implementing customized marketing plans for financial advisors, with a strong focus on graphic design, brand development, social media management, and digital content creation. You’ll be expected to balance creativity with client-facing responsibilities to bring advisor brands to life across web, print, and social platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple advisor clients, managing and executing their unique marketing plans.

• Design branded marketing assets using Adobe Creative Cloud , Canva, and other tools for digital and print use.

• Assist with branding and content updates for advisor websites, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

• Manage and implement social media strategies— particularly on Facebook and LinkedIn —through well-branded visual content and messaging.

• Plan, schedule, and execute social media posts, stories, and ad campaigns across multiple platforms using scheduling tools and native platform features.

• Boost posts and manage paid social media campaigns through Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram), including basic audience targeting, budget setting, and performance monitoring.

• Create and manage monthly content calendars with cohesive branding across all client channels.

• Develop marketing collateral including infographics, client presentations, brochures, blog graphics, and email templates.

• Maintain digital asset libraries and client account organization for efficient file access and content deployment.

• Contribute to creative brainstorming, campaign development, and long-term strategy planning.

• Perform additional design and marketing tasks as assigned.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.

• Portfolio demonstrating strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling across both digital and print media.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva.

• Experience creating visual assets for web, email, and social media platforms.

•Experience with Meta ad boosting, including budget management and performance tracking.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills; tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools.

Desirable Attributes:

• Detail-oriented with a strong visual eye and understanding of brand consistency.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to translate client needs into polished, on-brand creative deliverables.

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a deadline-driven environment.

• Experience with WordPress and WP Engine for updating and maintaining websites.

• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com is a plus.

• Experience or interest in financial services marketing is a bonus.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $65,000 (commensurate with experience).
