We are seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to support the Founder & CEO of a fast-paced, dynamic organization in Upstate New York. The ideal candidate is experienced (5-10+ years), proactive, organized, and tech-savvy, with a proven track record of supporting a Founder/CEO, or an UHNW individual. This is a hybrid, full-time position requiring in-office presence 3 days per week (with flexibility on the days). Candidates must be local or willing to relocate (relocation assistance provided).

Pay: Up to $140,000 + full benefits + bonus eligibility
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8/9am-5/6pm with flexibility after work hours and weekends as needed.
Location: Syracuse, NY. This is a hybrid role with expectations of being in the office 3 days a week
