Requirements
BLS required upon hire and maintained throughout employment. High School diploma and Medical Assistant, EMT, or Paramedic education completed upon hire. CMA or RMA certification required within 6 months of hire and maintained throughout employment. Willingness to obtain State of Michigan TB Certification. One year of medical experience preferred.

We are a Critical Access Hospital that provides many services to our community, including Emergency, Surgery, Inpatient and Outpatient services and a Family Practice and Redicare. We also have off-site locations including Michigan Joint Replacement Institute, in Jackson, MI, as well as our Springport Clinic.

We also support employee-sponsored activities, including a chili cook-off, UofM/MSU tailgate potlucks, holiday-themed celebrations, summer cookouts, and an annual Winter Gala, just to name a few.
