Brittenum Residential Marketing Manager

Overview of the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our new home construction operations. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting sales efforts through innovative marketing campaigns tailored to the residential construction market. This individual will need to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments within the organization as well as external partners to ensure the achievement of revenue and growth objectives. This individual will need to work closely with other executives but will report directly to the CFO. This individual must exhibit exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the residential real estate and the new home construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals and sales targets.

· Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, signage, etc.) to attract prospective homebuyers.

· Manage advertising budgets and media buys to maximize Return on Investment.

· Oversee website content, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media presence to boost online presence and consumer engagement.

· Manage email marketing campaigns and CRM tools to nurture leads.

· Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and materials.

· Collaborate with design teams to produce high-quality marketing collateral.

· Track and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

· Organize and promote community grand openings, open houses and industry events.

· Work closely with our internal and external sales team to develop promotional materials and sales tools.

· Work closely with both internal and external sales teams to generate sufficient leads necessary to drive monthly business sale goals.

Qualifications and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

· Five plus years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate or new home construction. Experience with National Public Home Builder is preferred.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

· Excellent communication, project management and organizational skills.

· Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite).

· Knowledge of local real estate markets and buyer demographics.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
