Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist , you’ll engage with customers through email and live chat—no phone support required. Your role will involve reviewing content, ensuring platform compliance, identifying fraudulent activity, and collaborating with the team to enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries via email and chat
  • Review user-generated content to ensure it meets platform standards
  • Detect and address suspicious or fraudulent activities with accuracy
  • Maintain clear and organized records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to refine support processes and improve customer satisfaction
  • Use top-notch tools to provide precise and helpful responses
  • Achieve individual and team performance goals
  • Collaborate with both internal and client-side teams
  • Stay current with moderation guidelines through regular training
  • Adapt quickly to new workflows, projects, and client needs

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Norwegian (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
