Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relationships with unit owners, residents, vendors, and other stakeholders while enforcing rules and regulations.
• Handle the day-to-day operations, including but not limited to, administrative functions, property maintenance issues, policy, and procedure compliance.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property in general, common areas, and mechanical equipment, taking corrective action as necessary
• Support on-site staff, including concierge, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely payment of bills and accurate recording of transactions.
• Manage, maintain, and update the BuildingLink platform.
• Maintain the Reservation log sheet for amenities.
• Prepare and develop the building newsletter.
• Attend Board Meetings and maintain Minutes.
• Prepare Notices of meetings and distribute such notices to owners.
• Maintain Communication with Building Owners.
• Other unassigned duties.

General Terms

• Regular business hours, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
• It may be necessary to work evenings and weekends due to business demands, attend meetings, natural disasters and emergencies.
• The work may be stressful, as managers must deal with the demands of residents, owners, and contractors, and must often work under tight deadlines.
