Description As an Order Fulfillment Associate, your main responsibility is to pick and pack orders according to company quality standards in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding departmental goals. You will also be responsible for verifying the accuracy of all orders. If necessary, you will repackage products to ensure stability during transportation. Additionally, you will restock and organize products in a safe and careful manner, while maintaining a clean work area. Communication is key in this role, and you will need to communicate stock needs and discrepancies to the appropriate personnel. You will also be responsible for reporting any challenges that may impact order accuracy or timeliness. As part of your duties, you will be expected to participate in inventory cycles as needed. Listening effectively and following instructions are also essential functions of this job. You must maintain regular attendance and adhere to all safety policies and procedures, as well as perform other duties and responsibilities related to the job as needed. As an Order Fulfillment Associate, it is important to prioritize continuous process improvement, exceptional customer service, and expanding product knowledge. Additionally, assisting the supervisor with accurate record-keeping and activities that promote efficiency and process improvement is crucial. At least one year of related experience is preferred. Team-player and strong interpersonal skills. Strong communication skills both verbal and written; proficiency in English and Spanish preferred. Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability for detail. Knowledgeable computers preferred. Sense of urgency and critical thinking skills. Ability to respond effectively and in a timely manner to departmental needs. +3 years of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Working Conditions As part of this role, you will be responsible for performing physical tasks in a distribution warehouse environment. This includes standing for prolonged periods, walking, and occasionally lifting objects weighing up to 80 pounds. The ideal candidate should have experience in operating material handling equipment like hand carts or dollies to move heavy items. The job follows a Monday-Friday schedule, and there may be instances where overtime is required to fulfill the needs of our clients and customers.
