A dynamic nonprofit organization in the greater Milwaukee area seeks a visionary President & CEO to lead its next chapter of growth and community impact. This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to guide a mission-driven organization dedicated to youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility while working with diverse stakeholders to expand its positive influence throughout the region.

Job Duties:

• Provide strategic leadership and execution of organizational vision, mission and goals
• Build/maintain relationships with board members, staff, donors, community partners and stakeholders
• Lead fundraising initiatives and diversify revenue streams to ensure long-term sustainability
• Drive operational excellence across multiple facilities and program delivery
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives organization-wide
• Oversee fiscal management, budgeting and resource allocation
• Guide program innovation and expansion based on community needs
• Develop and empower high-performing leadership team
• Serve as primary external representative and spokesperson
• Lead organizational change management and growth initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in business, nonprofit management or related field
• 10+ years senior leadership experience, preferably in nonprofit/community service sector
• Track record of successful fundraising, financial management and board relations
• Proven ability to lead complex multi-site operations and diverse teams
• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities
• Comprehensive understanding of nonprofit governance and best practices
• Advanced degree and certification will be required within first 3 years
