Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Operate industrial Zig-Zag sewing machine
Measure product before sewn
Read and understand complex and made to order applique orders
familiar with catalog
Great knowledge in unique patterns and colors
Complete complex work orders with advanced sewing techniques
High efficiency and attention to detail with complex work orders
Sew and assemble blue fields as need
Check completed assembly to assure proper quality standard
Troubleshoot how to complete
Regularly clean and oil sewing machine
Clean and organize work station
Assist in special projects as needed

JOB COMPETENCIES:

Detail orientated
Work in a team environment
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Completion of 4-years of high school, or equivalent is strongly preferred Over 1 year and up to including 3 years' experience is preferred

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Read, write and understand basic English

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to calculate basic math Ability to add/subtract and multiply fractions ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES: Industrial sewing experience
