National Shell Contractors is a full-service shell contracting company located in Deerfield Beach, Florida. We value our clients and provide quality work completed safely, on-time and within budget. Our projects are in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties.

Salary $70,000 - $90,000 per year based on experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all activities related to the execution of the foundations and structure of the building in accordance with the construction plans.
• Coordinate daily with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Plan and coordinate with Project Manager all daily activities according to the work schedule.
• Prepare daily reports (including daily photos of work progress).
• Plan and monitor all work activities according to the work schedule and the look ahead schedule.
• Comply with and maintain all project safety standards, in accordance with the work safety plan.
• Coordinate jobsite mobilization and demobilization.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Review construction plans and project specifications.

Required Experience

• 5+ years experience in Shell Construction.
• Track record of extensive analysis in current material packages (concrete, CMU, lumber, rebar).
• Working knowledge of Viewpoint Pro-Contractor and/or Plan swift.
• Proven understanding of engineering, procurement, construction terminology, concepts, and relationships.
