Responsibilities of the Entry Level Marketing Manager: Communicate directly with customers on a daily basis Directly market and sell products and services to qualified customers Ensure sales are completed according to compliance standards Keep records of all customer interactions and completed sales Attend daily Sales & Marketing campaign meetings to set Management Trainee goals Assist in maintaining a positive and uplifting company culture Requirements of the Entry Level Marketing Manager: High school diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree or higher education certificate is highly preferred 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, marketing, or other customer service-related fields A want to learn something new and take on a challenge Being self-driven is a huge plus Proficient communication skills are a must Able to work with both customers and sales team members #LI-Onsite #J-18808-Ljbffr AZ Sales Group
