Smart Start of Forsyth County (SSFC) is seeking a qualified consultant or firm to design and develop a comprehensive strategic plan through an inclusive, research-informed, and stakeholder-engaged process. The budget for this project ranges from $7,000 to $10,000.
Project Timeline

- June 5, 2025: Award Notification
- June 6, 2025: Contract Execution
- June 16, 2025: Initial Deliverables Due

Scope of Work
The selected consultant will be responsible for:- Designing and administering stakeholder surveys
- Conducting staff, board, and partner discussions
- Performing research and analysis to inform the planning process
- Facilitating planning sessions and collecting input
- Drafting and delivering a strategic plan with goals, metrics, and implementation roadmap
Deliverables
- Documentation of stakeholder input
- Summary of findings and trends
- Clear, actionable strategic goals and strategies
- Final plan in both print-ready and digital formats
Budget
$7,000 – $10,000
All costs must align with the North Carolina Partnership for Children (NCPC) Cost Principles and be allowable, reasonable, and allocable.Application Requirements
