VENDOR REQUIREMENTS & AGREEMENT

By registering as a vendor, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Event Setup Requirements:
• This event is held completely outdoors with no covered areas provided
• You must provide your own tent (maximum size 10x10), tables, and chairs
• Tent weights or anchors are REQUIRED - vendors without proper tent securing will not be permitted to participate
• No electricity or running water is available on-site
• You are responsible for all setup and breakdown of your vendor space

Quarry Park Rules (All vendors and attendees must comply):
• All weapons are prohibited except concealed handguns with a valid concealed-carry permit (City Code Sections 38-10 and 38-12)
• Clean up after your dogs and horses
• Dogs must be on a leash
• No alcoholic beverages or drugs
• No boats, kayaks or other watercraft
• No camping
• No feeding the wildlife
• No fishing
• No glass containers
• No golf practice
• No littering, dumping or burning
• No motorized vehicles on trails or on grass
• No swimming or diving

Vendor Responsibilities:
• Maintain a clean vendor space throughout the event
• Follow all park rules and event guidelines
• Provide family-friendly services/products appropriate for children ages 0-5
