GEAR UP FOR SCHOOL – FREE BACKPACK GIVEAWAY

Smart Start of Forsyth County is giving away free backpacks to help families prepare for the new school year. We want every child to have what they need to start school ready to learn.

Event Details:

What: Free backpack giveaway (one per child)

Who: All families with school-age children

When: Choose from three dates – August 8, August 11, or August 12, 2025

Time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on your chosen date

Where: Smart Start of Forsyth County, 7820 North Point Boulevard, Suite 200, Winston-Salem, NC 27106

Cost: FREE
